Caitlin is a creative strategist working at the intersection of business and social impact. At Johnson & Johnson she is part of the Global Health Equity organization, leveraging the company's capabilities in public health and social impact to deploy programs that address health equity gaps and deliver meaningful and lasting impact for communities.
As a Director at Impact Ventures by J&J Foundation, Caitlin manages a portfolio of impact investing and social entrepreneur partnerships to support individuals and organizations with innovative solutions for health workforce and health equity.
Before joining J&J she helped leaders and teams at eBay leverage technology and commerce as a force for good - by creating economic opportunity, driving a more circular economy, and helping people support the causes they care about.
Caitlin has an MBA from Imperial College London, a B.A. from Santa Clara University, and certificates in Venture Capital and Sustainable Design. She is an Aspen Institute First Mover Fellow and has volunteered and held board roles with a variety of non-profit organizations. Originally from the Pacific Northwest she now lives in London with her husband and two children after having spent ten years in the SF Bay Area.
