Jeff Ward (Ojibwe and Métis) is originally from Manitoba, and now lives on the traditional territory of the Lekwungen speaking peoples, otherwise known as Victoria, BC. He is the CEO and founder of Animikii Indigenous Technology, an Indigenous-focused tech company that builds empowerment tools to create equity for Indigenous Peoples. Animikii works with leading, Indigenous-focused organizations from all industries to drive positive change through technology. Animikii is a certified Indigenous business through CCAB and is the first Indigenous certified B Corp in Canada.
