Katie Morgan is Lead for Solve’s Climate pillar. In this role, she helps support Solve’s community of Solver teams, Members, partners, and mentors to create connections and help move sustainability centered innovations to their next phase.

Katie holds a Bachelors from the University of Arizona in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology with a minor in Marine Science. Before joining Solve, Katie was Manager of Marine Systems and Manager of Education & Outreach at The University of Arizona’s Biosphere 2 where she oversaw the Biosphere 2 Ocean Reef lab as well as managed the social media platforms, website, media visits and community outreach to over 100,000 visitors annually.

Outside of work Katie enjoys anytime she can spend near the ocean, especially if it has to do with freediving or searching for shark teeth, exploring new places and enjoying meals with friends and family.
