An alum of Harvard College and Harvard Business School. Namya spent time at McKinsey before leading SEWA’s federation of over a hundred women-owned social enterprises. While at SEWA, she supported over 300,000 women on upskilling and scaling their ventures. She is also co-founder of Rocket Learning, an ed-tech nonprofit that provides high quality early childhood education to over 750,000 young children in India.
