Before joining McKinsey, Shalonna worked at American Express and Verizon Wireless in the where she developed brand and marketing solutions, drove customer transformations and executed campaigns and insights that delivered growth for clients.

Shalonna is a dual graduate from Clark Atlanta University with a MBA and Bachelor or Arts in Marketing and Management. She is an avid fitness fanatic and yoga instructor residing in Atlanta with her boxer Max. Shalonna also volunteers with various global and local nonprofits in Atlanta where she mentors young women.
